Hypo-wha?

Just got back from the doctor for my lady lumps and found out that I have two diseases that cause weight gain. GO FIG right? It really is genetic. Now just because I have this does not mean I will be stopping what I am doing it has worked so why stop?

Overview of this blog post today. What is it that I have and should you get tested? What I will be taking to help this? That should be happening?

What is it that I have?

I have two "diseases" that effect my weight. The first is Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome which in short means I have cysts on my ovaries. Some who have it also has diabetes and I am risk to get it so I need to guess what loose weight and it will according to the doctor fix itself.

The bigger one is hypothyroidism which means I has a slow thyroid. The doctor was very happy I had lost weight and said it is a marvel that I had lost so much with a slow thyroid.

What am I going to be on?

It is called Synthroid and it is to regulate my thyroid and hopeful it will also help my weight loss go by much faster. I will be keeping you updated. As for diet changes I have been researching and pretty much avoid, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, mustard greens, kale, spinach, peaches, pears, strawberries, radishes and millet as these fruits, veggies, greens and grains. For the most part I am not a fan of those foods except strawberries and love beans so I should live. As I said more to come...

Fitness done for the day: Did my body rocker, 100 squats and 100 push-up to make up for being sick (and not eating to well)

Starting tomorrow I am going to strive for no processed foods (which will be added to the point system getting 1 point if I eat no processed food for the day.) pretty much have my meals planned out greek yogurt Breakfast, then apple snack, then beans (black beans) lunch, 4 oz chicken breast boiling snack and salad with light dressing and meat for dinner (most likely more chicken). Yes it is boring but I hit my calories and it takes out the guess work/
